Our home for strength training is at the Dolphins Fitness and Aquatic Centre inside the Gym 💪🏼
We train our strength clients of all ages and abilities there, as well as hold Powerlifting Meets several times each year. We are the home of the Matti Tikka Challenge, which is the richest prize event on the Powerlifting calendar for Powerlifting Australia and World Powerlifting!
